Sizing:

Silo Sky offers a variety of sizes for ages 6 months to adult.

TODDLER: 50 cm (18 months-4 years)

YOUTH: 54 cm (5-12 years)

ADULT: 59 cm

SMALL: 44-48 cm (ages 6-18 months)

MEDIUM: 48-52 cm (2-4 years)

LARGE: 52-55 cm (5-10+ years)

Although our hats are adjustable, we recommend measuring your kiddo's head in order to find the perfect fit.

Here's how:

  • Using a soft measuring tape, wrap it around your child's head just above the ears and across the forehead.
  • You'll use this measurement in cm to find the perfect size.
  • If you don't have a soft measuring tape, do the same process with a string and then use a ruler, yard stick, etc. to measure the string (in cm).

Caring for your hat

  • Our hats were made to get dirty. For light stains, spot clean only with a damp cloth.
  • For deeper stains, we recommend using mild detergent, warm water and a toothbrush.
  • Do not machine wash.

Pickup Orders

  • If you're local and want to save on shipping, you will have the option to choose "local pickup" at checkout. Pickup will be in Coldwater, OH and we will send you an email with details as soon as your order is ready!

Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping within the United States will take 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 1-3 days for your order to be processed. Packages will be shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Multiple hats will be shipped in the same package.
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@siloskyapparel.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and we are not responsible for lost return packages. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. 
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Email hello@siloskyapparel.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order # along with a description and photo of the damaged product(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
